From the outside, everything looked fine. I was a successful advertising creative director in Manhattan. I got married and had a baby. Great family, wonderful husband, beautiful kid, and a great job — I had it all!  I had no right to complain. Yet that’s all I did. I felt I was at the mercy of my circumstances: Working long hours, juggling motherhood, husband/home/family/friends. It was a lot. I was trying to look happy, but I was miserable. Short tempered, resentful, irritable. I felt overwhelmed by my life, hanging on to my sanity by my fingernails.

I was facing a severe self-inflicted health crisis that would kill me, not in months or years but in weeks (not my self-diagnosis, but my doctors). He told me, “Mental stress can cause all types of physical problems.” And the reason for my health crisis in my body was caused by my mind.

Out of guilt and in my mind, I decided ok, "settle for this life." So, for the next month, I changed nothing. Then, one night, it all came to a head; I blamed my circumstances on my husband. “How could you let it get this bad?” (more resentment and irritability). Then, the massive wake-up call. To save my life and be around for my family, husband, and daughter, I must put myself first.

What to do next became a no-brainer (no pun intended). I got a coach to learn to trust myself. To be independent of people’s opinions about my life and my choices.  And while doing that, I realized I had a wonderful husband. This wasn’t about him or anyone or anything else. This was all about me. And I started to look at the invisible barriers that were buried deep in my own mind. The thing that was holding me back wasn't my husband or my job it was my own limiting beliefs, and once I freed myself from them I freed myself from the career that was killing me and became a Beliefologist and Certified Mindset Coach.

Are you feeling like there's an invisible force holding you back, making you doubt your potential and capabilities?

That's not you; that's a limiting belief.

That little voice whispers, "You can't do it" or "You're not good enough." Those thoughts keep you from seizing opportunities and embracing your true self. But what if you had a proven framework designed by someone who understands those struggles and knows how to navigate them?

That's where I come in. I'm Janine, your Beliefologist and Certified Mindset Coach.

My Beliefology Method was born after my own deep journey into my limiting beliefs. It's the exploration of the barriers shaping your thoughts and actions. Your journey commences with a single step – the choice to cast aside limiting beliefs and open the door to renewal, revealing the strength within you all along.

Belief by belief, we'll challenge those limiting from the ideas about yourself, others, or the world that negatively impact your career, relationships, and overall well-being ones and rewrite your narrative. No more endless courses. Instead, I offer you a safe space to explore, learn, and grow. It's a process grounded in understanding and support, where your progress matters more than perfection.

This is more than just a coaching journey – it's a partnership. With The Beliefology Method you'll uncover your potential, make empowered choices, and silence those doubts for good.

I aim to reconnect you to the power you have within your own mind and life so you are free to become who you were always meant to be. Ultimately creating my vision of   — A world where every woman’s mind is free.
